CBC Hyderabad Missions Trip

Luke 10:2 says, "Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye, therefore, the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest."

As students of Charis Bible College of Hyderabad, we were sent on a mission to the Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh.

During our mission, we witnessed the power of prayer. The staff prayed for every individual student, and the presence of God filled the entire room. Our hearts were filled with new visions, strength, revelations, prophetic words, and new tongues. It was a special day for all of us, and we were ready to begin our mission.

Our first stop was the Hamali Godown where we ministered to the common man. As we shared the word of God, people were set free from their burdens and lined up for prayers. We prayed for them and witnessed people being delivered and healed from sickness.

Next, we visited two different villages in the Nallamala forest range - Kothapalli and Erranattam. We ministered to women, and as the word of God in Romans 10:17 says, "So faith comes from hearing and hearing through the word of Christ." A woman with great faith requested prayer and was instantly healed from a severe toothache.

We also visited a home for the dying destitute, where we moved with compassion and prayed for the people's deliverance and blessings.

Finally, we spent time with kids in different locations, churches, and orphanages. The children had great faith in God and enjoyed crafts, action songs, and church services on Sunday. We witnessed revival among the congregation and mighty deliverances and healings took place in every prayer house we visited.

This is just a glimpse of our mission trip to Kurnool. We are grateful to Charis Bible College for giving us this opportunity.
